All entry fees go towards funding future grants for Resilient Child Media Award Winners. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Submissions and fees are due March 30th, 2026 by 11:59 pm EST.
We have changed the way we will be doing submissions this year, hoping to make it a little bit easier to process and organize.
Instead of having 15 categories, this year there are 4 categories. Instead of one winner per category, there will be multiple winners PER category.
This year's categories are:
1. Mental Health Songs for Kids- this can include (but not limited to) songs about advocacy, body safety, self esteem, emotions, coping skills, resilience, breathing, mediation, empowerment, social justice, peace, calming songs, support systems, friendships, positive affirmations, LGBTQIA+, etc
2. Sustainability Based Songs for Kids- this can be songs about nature, plants, animals, insects, the earth, conservation, environmental justice, seasons, weather, gardening, hiking, any song that helps inspire children to care and want to protect our planet, etc
3. General Kids Songs- Do you have a good kid song that doesn't quite fit in the other categories? Put it here! Lullabies, silly songs, truck songs, movement songs, speech songs, etc
4. Music Videos for Kids - any subject!
Some notes: 1. You may enter as many kids song as you like, and because we are changing the categories, you may repeat previous years' submissions if you wish to be considered again as a winner. Please use a new form if you need more than three song entries. 2. Songs/videos must have been published on streaming platforms by March 30th, 2026. Songs/videos published up to 20 years ago will be considered. 3. Each song/video submission is $20, paid as a donation to the Miss Julieann Foundation, (to fund grants for next year's winners!) 4. Instead of one Uhlan-Moeller Grant, we will be breaking the funding up into 4 smaller grants of $500 each
